Amaru

Amaru is an intimate fine dining restaurant in Armadale serving contemporary Australian cuisine through a carefully curated tasting menu. With just 34 seats in an open-concept dining room, the experience centres on the connection between diners and kitchen, with each course guided by knowledgeable staff and paired with selections from an extensive wine cellar or house-made ferments. Chef Clinton has built the venue into one of Melbourne's most exciting restaurants since opening in 2016.
