Tulum Turkish Restaurant

Tulum is Melbourne's established Turkish fine dining restaurant on Carlisle Street in Balaclava, now nearly a decade in operation. Chef Coskun Uysal specialises in contemporary interpretations of Anatolian cuisine, with standout dishes like duck shish kebab with smoked date jam. They've recently added KISMET Mezze Bar for a new dining experience, and offer both à la carte and set menus alongside a dedicated drinks menu.
