PICAC is Australia's peak training provider for the plumbing industry, offering accredited courses from pre-apprenticeship through to advanced qualifications. Founded in 2009 during the millennium drought, they specialise in green plumbing and sustainable practices, supported by major industry unions and associations. Their Brunswick campus has been operating since 2009 and provides hands-on training across plumbing, sprinkler fitting, and related trades.
