Baptist Union of Victoria

The Baptist Union of Victoria is an umbrella organisation representing over 250 Baptist churches and communities of faith across Victoria, united on a mission to make disciples and transform the state. With churches ranging from 20 to several thousand members and over 33 languages represented, they're committed to diversity, inclusion, and grassroots community impact. They've been ordaining women to pastoral positions since 1978 and actively support women in leadership roles.
