Functional Legacy Mindset

Functional Legacy Mindset is a psychology practice in Carlton led by Dr Kerry Chillemi, specialising in neuro-affirming and neurobiologically informed approaches to ADHD, autism, and neurodivergence. The practice focuses on practical strategies for families, educators, and allied health professionals, including work on de-escalating autistic meltdowns and supporting neurodivergent individuals in the workplace. Dr Chillemi is also an author on brain science and ADHD.
