Al Dente Enoteca is an approachable fine dining Italian restaurant in Carlton, founded in 2020 by Andrea Vignali. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner with a choice of à la carte or chef's tasting menu featuring regional Italian dishes, plus an in-house delicatessen (Sapori) selling housemade pasta, sauces and preserves.
