Ageyo Coffee is a Collingwood café with genuine Ethiopian roots — the founders spent three years reconnecting with coffee farming communities in the village of Ageyo before opening their Melbourne shop. They roast their own beans and serve food alongside carefully sourced Ethiopian coffee, bringing a family heritage of 45 years of coffee farming knowledge to every cup.
