Mama Blu's Food Co. is an award-winning Caribbean kitchen in Elwood serving authentic Jamaican dishes like jerk chicken and pork, curry goat, and ackee and saltfish. They make their signature chilli sauces on-site and operate as a reggae-themed bar with Red Stripe beer and rum, open Wednesday to Thursday evenings. The space is available for pop-up café and kitchen hire.
