Bianco Latte is an Italian gelato maker founded in 2012 by Andrea Di Fiore, serving some of Melbourne's finest gelato made with less sugar than industry standard to let premium flavours shine. They operate a fleet of vintage Sicilian-made gelato and cannoli carts plus three boutique shops in Elwood, Northcote, and Yarraville, offering traditional recipes alongside Italian pastries and hot chocolate.
