Glory Us is a pair of homely neighbourhood cafes in Fitzroy North and Essendon North run by Tori and Mike, who've built their spaces from the ground up with over 40 years of combined hospitality experience. The cafes focus on honest food and genuine hospitality, with Mike handling the build-outs and design while Tori drives the menu—it's a personal project born from passion rather than corporate formula.
