Victorian Hospitals' Industrial Association

VHIA is a specialist registered employer organisation founded in 1994 that represents and provides workplace relations services to health and community sector employers across Victoria, including public health services, community health centres, women's health, aged care, and welfare organisations. They assist members with enterprise bargaining, industrial relations issues, and workforce strategy, and hold ISO 9001:2015 certification for their quality management systems.
