Hop Nation Brewing Co. is a craft brewery in Footscray founded in 2014 by winemaking friends Sam Hambour and Duncan Gibson. Their taproom features 19 rotating craft beers on tap alongside Good Pizza prepared by chef Alex Addams Williams, making it a destination for both beer enthusiasts and casual diners. Open Thursday to Sunday, it's a welcoming brewhouse with an open-plan design that doubles as a function space.
