Mischa's Boxing Central is an authentic boxing gym in Footscray that blends old-school grit with a contemporary, inclusive atmosphere. Founded and run by Mischa Merz, a former Australian national boxing champion and internationally recognised pioneer of women's boxing, the gym welcomes all-comers with no lock-in contracts and a free first class. It's staffed by accredited coaches and offers personal training alongside group classes in a genuine boxing environment.
