Western Private Hospital

Western Private Hospital is Melbourne's longest-serving private hospital in the West, independently owned and located in Footscray. The 62-bed facility offers specialist inpatient and outpatient services including cardiology, oncology, medical and surgical care, with advanced facilities like a Coronary Care Unit, Interventional Cardiac Catheter Laboratory, PET/CT Scanner, and the E.J. Whitten Cancer Treatment Centre. Recently refurbished in 2015, it was the first hospital to bring radiotherapy and MRI to the region.
