Bindu Creative Dance and Yoga

Bindu Creative Dance and Yoga offers joyful, expressive classes blending creative dance and yoga for toddlers through to teens, plus Saturday morning yoga for ages 15+. Founded by Lisa Sommerlad, a formally trained Hatha and Ashtanga yoga instructor with a diploma in teaching creative dance, the studio takes a holistic approach grounded in spiritual practice and artistic expression.
