Mother Dough is a traditional Italian restaurant in Hawthorn specialising in handmade pasta and slow-cooked ragus. They source seasonal local ingredients from areas like the Yarra Valley and Gippsland, with ragus simmered for 16-23 hours and fresh pasta made twice weekly on wooden boards. Everything possible is made in-house, from gnocchi and spaghetti to meatballs and tiramisu.
