LIMBR is a multidisciplinary health clinic in Kew founded in 2022 by Damo and Ash, combining physiotherapy, osteopathy, massage, strength and conditioning, reformer Pilates, and infrared sauna recovery in one space. They focus on helping active Melburnians recover properly from injury rather than just masking pain, with a hands-on approach that supports patients through their entire rehabilitation journey.
