The Holy Protection Cathedral (Pokrov) is a Russian Orthodox church in Brunswick East, established in 1949 by European post-WWII displaced persons and rebuilt by community volunteers at its current Albion Street location in 2006. The parish offers liturgical services, theological education through catechism and liturgics courses, a Sunday school, youth programs, and a library with bookshop, serving Melbourne's Orthodox Christian community.
