Bianco Latte is a Melbourne-based gelateria crafting authentic Italian gelato with less sugar than industry standard, allowing the artisan flavours to shine through. Founded in 2012 by Italian-born Andrea Di Fiore, the business has grown from a single cart at Queen Vic Market to three boutique shops across Elwood, Northcote, and Yarraville, plus a fleet of vintage Sicilian-made gelato and cannoli carts. They extend their gelato menu with traditional Italian pastries, cannoli, and decadent Italian hot chocolate.
