New Wind

New Wind is a Vietnamese and Southeast Asian restaurant and cocktail bar on Chapel Street in Windsor that's been a local favourite since 2001. They offer lunch specials for $20 and happy hour cocktails for $12 during two sessions daily (4:30–7:30 PM and 9:30–11:30 PM), with a no-BYO policy. Chef Tom Tran runs the kitchen using family recipes, making it a genuine neighbourhood spot rather than a chain.
