Sebastian is a Basque-inspired waterfront restaurant in Williamstown serving premium steaks and whole fish cooked on a custom charcoal grill, alongside tapas plates. Located on the Esplanade with views over Williamstown Beach, it's known for its alfresco dining in warmer months and a seasonal beach bar offering some of Melbourne's best sunset views. Open Wednesday to Sunday for lunch and dinner (Sunday lunch only).
